Technical Sales Manager – Southern CA – Capacitors / Components – Mil-aero

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in technical sales within the aerospace and
defense industry
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion, and sales closure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and
written
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Responsibilities
• As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue
growth by eJectively promoting and selling our high-quality ceramic capacitors
to clients in the aerospace and defense industry as well as in the commercial
sector
• Your primary focus will be on nurturing leads, converting them into
opportunities, and ultimately closing sales
• Responsible for strategic account management, utilizing our Salesforce CRM
system to achieve targets
• Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience through
marketing campaigns, industry trade shows, and other communication
avenues
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts using company standards and targets
as a guideline
• Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strategic Account Management:
• Manage existing client accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships
