Sales / Program Engineer / Manager – RF filters – San Diego, CA.
We seek a technical sales-oriented program engineer familiar with the military, defense, and space industries.
• Coordinate sales strategy across regional sales resources consisting of direct outside sales personnel, Manufacturers, Reps, and distributors.
• Utilize data mining and analytics to track customer orders and program information.
• Actively manage the demand creation pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed sales and gross margin targets.
• Maintain active and regular customer-assigned visit schedules.
• Coordinate across functional departments and Amphenol divisions to maximize capture rate on new opportunities and ensure repeat business.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5 to 10 years of technical sales experience in the Electronics industry; RF/MW
• Strong written and verbal communication and (Excel / PowerPoint / Hubspot)
• Ability to travel 30%
