Sales Director – Semiconductor Company – Space – Sunnyvale, CA
The CEO / GM will oversee the business's day-to-day operations, ensure that all departments function efficiently, and drive the organization's overall strategic direction. This position demands an experienced leader with deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry (space), including manufacturing, technology trends, supply chain management, and business development.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Management:
o Lead and manage the company's daily operations, ensuring alignment with the President's and Corporate headquarters' strategic vision.
o Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share in a highly competitive semiconductor industry.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
o Define long-term company goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Evaluate market trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes to adapt the company's product offerings and business model.
• Product & Technology Development:
o Oversee the development and innovation of new semiconductor products,
o Understand evolving technological needs.
• Financial Management:
o Develop and manage the company's financial plans and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
o Lead financial forecasting and analysis to guide decision-making processes..
• Customer & Market Relations:
o Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and suppliers.
o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand presence and network with potential clients and collaborators.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
