Key Account Manager – Apple – Northern California



The Global Account Manager is the pivitol contact point for customers for the embedded antenna business. The role  and achieve company’s target revenue performance with maximized margin and provide quality service to achieve to total customer satisfaction




-       Develop new business opportunities within the Apple account to maximize sales growth and profit potential;


-       Make regular visits to customers, establish & maintain strong customer relationship. 


-       Execute sales strategy, beat competition and achieve the revenue target.


-       Anticipate and understand customers' technical and business requirements


-       Liaison with relevant internal departments, such as R&D, Customer Service, Operations & Quality, to secure business opportunities;


-       Assist in launching new products/service and promotion plan.


-       Effectively communicate to management the Market requirements for new technology and products for various markets.






-       Technical or Business University Degree


-       Experience in similar KAM and managerial position for at least 15 years;


-       Knowledge of Sales Management / Selling Techniques preferably in the component product industry;


-       Willing to travel;


-       Team player, hardworking, flexible, excellent time management, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time;


-       Good interpersonal and presentation skill, able to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural environment;


-       Self-motivation, constructive, good execution and sense of responsibility.
