lReport to: Global sales account manager /General Manager
lPurpose: Metal parts Key Account Manager is responsible to leader the selling activities to customers and gain business opportunities for metal parts, including stamping, plating, machining and insert molding related components such as clip, pad, space, brackets and so on which are used cross phone, pad, computer and wearable products.
KAM will be responsible for company annual budget & long term account development strategy.
nDevelop annual budget of responsible account & achieve the budget, KAM is fully responsible budget numbers.
nObtain business opportunities which meet minimal profitability requirement.
nWork with team in China plants closely for new project hunting & development.
nKeep close communication with customer GSM, PD, EPM & Provide thorough summary and feedback to factory team to follow actions.
nMonthly updated forecast and follow up forecast/shipment status to make sure obstacles are followed up and resolved.
nDevelop good relationship with customer’s different function members and maintain positive attitude at customers and factory all the time.
nDiscover and understand potential business trend at customer side and work with manager team to prepare accordingly.
5 + years relative experience with and have proven results
Has experience to develop customer for metal products and has sound relationship with related personal is definitely a plus to be considered.
Mechanical Engineering Education background is preferred.
