A leading supplier of Semiconductor Test products to some of the world’s largest Military contractors ( Raytheon, Northrop, Grumman, Lockheed, McDonald Douglas, and L3 is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager ( remote )
He / she will be responsible for leading the sales effort within the accounts and promote the company’s products and services to existing and potential customers Our fifty plus years of experience and state of the art IC / PCB design / test allows us to provide turnkey products.
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute specific market business strategies for strategic accounts
• Strategically manage assigned accounts by understanding their requirements and work on providing most suitable solutions
• Increase sales and market share with existing customers by identifying qualified opportunists and requirements within each customer
• Develop new accounts and establish working relationships
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on ongoing basis
• Coordinate the quoting process and submit timely quotes to customers
• Prepare quarterly reviews and forecasting sales revenue
• Provide technical advice to current and potential customers
• Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline
• Minimum five (5) years of strategic sales experience in the semiconductor / test industry to Military contractors
• Prior experience with semiconductor test
• Prior experience with PCBA
• Must be authorized to work in the US as a US Person ( Clearance is a plus )
