Job Title Regional Marketing Manager
Department Marketing
Reports To President
Position Summary Manage regional marketing strategies and the day-to-day marketing activities in compliance with the Group strategy and objectives:
• Interfaces with headquarters for bi-directional Marketing topics alignment
• Drive regional Marcom, Segment/Application Marketing plans and NPI launches
• Support the Sales Team on Product topics and Opportunities Management
• Drive of assigned local business initiatives/projects


Responsibilities
Interface/Alignment between Subsidiary and HQ
• Coordinate Marketing activities and initiatives between HQ and Subsidiary (bi-directional communication)
• Provide local market inputs to HQ and receive the needed content for the regional execution of Group commercial initiatives/projects
Marketing Management
• Analysis of regional market, trends and competitors
• Develop, align and execute regional Marketing/Go-to-Market strategy and plans in line with the company marketing strategy
• Coordinate Segment/Application Marketing plans at regional level by engaging relevant key colleagues, driving their execution and sharing the regional contribution with the Group Application Marketing
• Collaborate with key colleagues on the local NPI product launch (New Product Introduction).
• Coordinate with HQ Product Marketing connector design launches for new applications and markets, and follow up on the progress with local design, sales and management the progress of associated customer/business opportunities.
• Consolidate and identify regional product needs
MarCom
• Lead of the regional Marcom activities and their execution (e.g. tradeshows, branding, advertising, promotions, communication plan and execution, press releases, social media, budget proposal, etc.)
• Develop local content and align with HQ Marcom
Support of the Sales Team
• Share and/or develop product promotion material, local value propositions and position products/portfolio internally and at customers
• Train the sales Team on products and marketing tools
• Support the regional Customer Portfolio Management and Customer targeting
• Organization and drive of local Sales campaigns
• Take ownership and lead assigned local Business development initiatives/projects
CRM / Opportunity Pipeline Management
• Support the use and data quality of the CRM (SMART) tool by accompanying the sales Team
• Support the General Manager/Sales Manager in the organization of the monthly Opportunity pipeline review with the Sales Team and the associated actions items follow up
• Local Reporting of customer and project activities to ensure critical local management attention

Qualifications
• Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Sciences or Marketing
• Six (6) years related experience; electronics market and/or interconnect required with min. 3 years in Marketing (ideally with technical products/solutions)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with all levels of management, team oriented behavior
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities and work flow
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate subordinates
• Functional experience:
• Experience in the development and deployment of regional strategies and plans
• Experience in deploying New Product Introduction plan and Marketing programs
• Experience in Marketing and Business Development
• Knowledge of market intelligence methods, market segmentation and targeting
• Project Management skills and experience in product marketing programs deployment
• Fluent English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, CRM experience a plus
