National Sales Manager – Custom wire & cable harness, Box Builds & Control Cables

Reporting to the President the NSM is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs targeting existing and new markets

National Sales & Marketing Manager –
Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts
Directs sales forecasting and sets performance goals
Meets with key customers, assists sales team and increases sales revenue
Provides marketing goals and develops strategic courses of action
Directs advertising via print, electronic media and direct mail
Provides market forecast, research, and data analysis
Prepares annual budget, directs pricing and special promotions.
Supervises sales and marketing teams and conducts training.

• Proven capability of leading through all critical steps leading to a successful solution for the customer, and notably.
o Manufacturing details and tooling requirements for new custom projects
o Understanding and transmitting the customer’s technical specifications for the product
o Calculating all cost aspects including components, manufacturing- and logistics
• Experience in coordinating productive cooperation with the engineering, sourcing and manufacturing team, providing assistance when required to keep the project moving along
• Lasting professional relationships with major customers and target account list,
• Proven sales success meeting account penetration targets,


Bachelor Degree and a minimum of Fifteen (15 ) or more years of successful sales management experience in the custom cable marketing and sales area with a focus on industrial and custom solutions.

Technical knowledge of cable products, successful leadership over direct sales force, motivation and excellent communications skills.
