Business Development Manager
Interconnect mil-aero – industrial
North East – based
This position will support new business and sales efforts primarily the Northeast.
Responsibilities
• Review, investigate, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through appropriate proposition and .develop strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets.
• Raise the company profile and increase turnover of the product range with emphasis on Military and Space Applications.
• Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth.
• Develop strong relationships with all levels in the customer’s organization.
• Develop and implement strategies and actions to close sales funnel opportunities.
• Travel as needed in the assigned geographical area to present and market company products and services to both existing key accounts and new business opportunities.
• Identify market trends through research and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual customers and contributors and their accomplishments.
• Analyze these market trends and customer needs to identify potential company resources, and coordinate sales efforts with product and technical experts to respond effectively.
This position includes access or potential access to ITAR and/or EAR technical data.
Candidates will need to qualify as a US Citizen, or a Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).

Degree + 5-7 years mil aero connector sales experience.
