We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Beverly, MA.
Aerospace/space electrical components.
The role is to lead Continuous Improvement opportunities within an aerospace manufacturing environment. Including drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and corrective action implementation.
Responsibilities
• Identify systemic root causes and ensure implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships across departments, customers, and suppliers,
• Manage, track, and ensure timely completion of RMAs.
• Generate quality metrics for management and lead quality improvement programs.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs.
• Provide technical support and maintain close collaboration with operations.
• Investigate and analyze any hardware/assembly concerns causing quality and delivery issues
• Build cross-departmental relationships to communicate quality concerns effectively.
• Manage MRB (Material Review Board) parts processing and documentation.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of RCCA tools and proficiency in driving robust systemic RCCA
• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, and/or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years in the aerospace industry.
• US Person
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Physical Sciences, Manufacturing, Quality).
