OPERATIONS MANAGER – CONNECTORS – Santa Rosa Valley, CA.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of Purchasing , Shipping/Receiving Molding & Automation, and Assembly departments He / she selects, trains, assigns, schedules, and mentors employees.. • Develops direct reports into stronger managers and business leaders • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks; provides strategic implements production, productivity, quality, and service standards; resolves problems; participates in audits and audit readiness; identifies trends and recommends actions. • Develops KPIs to monitor the success of each department. Takes remedial action where necessary to ensure continual improvement. • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within its reporting structure are being properly executed in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. • Assists with annual operations budget preparation; forecasts capital requirements; schedules expenditures; analyzes variances. •
Requirement . • Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering, or other relevant technical field. • Minimum of five (5) years of comparable Operations Management experience. • Fluency in Material Requirements Planning and Enterprise Resource Planning (MRP / ERP). • Strong technical and leadership ability;. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems ideal; ISO 13485 strongly preferred. • Detailed knowledge of computers, inventory management systems, and data modeling. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate.
