Regional Sales Manager (remote – prefer Southern CA)

RF/Microwave interconnect ( commercial )

Lead growth across emerging technologies and key markets such as California, Texas, and Colorado.
Increase business at the established markets using RF microwave components.
Grow new business for the quantum and cryogenic computing industries.

Responsibilities
• Develop new business in quantum and cryogenic space, engaging with national labs, startups, OEMs, and research institutions to position the company as the go-to interconnect partner.
• Present technical capabilities—such as ganged coax assemblies, cryo-rated semi-rigid cabling, and high-performance connectors that mate to custom PCB solutions—at the engineering level.
• Lead and support manufacturer’s representatives within the territory, ensuring execution of account strategies and evaluating rep performance.
• Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities using CRM and forecasting tools, with a strong emphasis on new design wins and strategic pursuits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and marketing to deliver customer-informed solutions and feed the voice of the customer insights into new product development.
• Lead joint visits with distributors and rep firms to support key accounts, with a focus on technical engagement and commercial follow-up.
• Monitor competitor positioning, market trends, and application shifts across the region, especially within quantum computing and semiconductor test environments.
• Deliver regular territory reports, sales forecasts, and account information

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (ME, EE); a history of relevant industry and field experience
• 5–10 years of technical sales experience in electronic components, interconnects, or RF/microwave systems, and semiconductor test. Commercial experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow a sales territory, capture design wins, and lead complex customer engagements.
• Skilled in presenting technical solutions to engineering audiences and navigating procurement or program-level discussions.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales forecasting techniques.
• US Citizens or Permanent Residents
Territory travel and routine collaboration with our Southern CA headquarters.
