Sales Account Manager to work out of a home office in Pennsylvania

Join the largest manufacturer of Mil-Aero Connectors and Mil-Aero cable assemblies in the world
Provide proactive, trusted leadership and support to the sales channels
• Manage a 12-month forecast and design pipeline
• Collaborate with business unit leadership to foster engagement in the region, ensuring effective promotion of the Military and Aerospace interconnect products.
• Interface with the factory sales team in driving customer
• Present regional activity and performance to upper management
• Expand the pipeline of opportunities and develop strategies to secure new business.
• Proactively pursue product training and periodic factory visits to ensure knowledge of product offerings and capabilities of each of the products for the Military and Aerospace Operations business units.
• Expand key relationships with customer management within the region.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• Experience in mil/aero component marketing, sales or program experience
• Territory Travel is required
• Employee must be a U.S. Person
